Most of you know that I am buying a house, and due to recent actions made by my realtor I was inspired to write about him. Nathan Shaw who works at ERA has been so much fun to work with, he has been patient with us throughout and made this whole process as stress free as he could, not only did we negotiate an incredible deal, but he has continued to keep fighting for us to get an even better deal when we had not even asked for it. Not only did we get a good reduced price, and closing costs but this weekend he went out on a limb and negiotiated us a new roof. We had never asked for this but he decided to go out on his own and try to get us the best deal he could and was successful.
